Photographic gallery of the sculptural works, made on commission, for the Sanctuary of San Rocco in Torrepaduli (Le).
The first is a sculpture made of “okumĂ©” wood, representing an angel (putto) with an hat (symbol of the pilgrimage of St. Rocco), inside a niche with floral motifs on the edges.
In the upper part a crown has been carved, covered in gold leaf and decorated with oil-painted stones.
The sculpture is placed in the upper part of a doorway inside the Sanctuary (on the side of the altar), applied on a background developed according to an halo effect in relief, studied in the way that allows to highlight the whole sculpture.
For the rear side of the same door, was carried out the study and the sculptural realization in okumé wood, of a coat of arms with a tower, symbol of the Torrepaduli village.
